We tear the old roof off, look at the decking underneath, fix what needs fixing, and put the new roof down right — underlayment, flashing, valleys, ridge vent, the whole system, not just the shingles you can see from the road.

Common questions
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes in Middle Georgia are a one-to-two day job once we start. Bigger or steeper roofs run longer. We tell you the schedule at the estimate and we hold to it.
How do I know if I need a new roof or just a repair?
Curling or missing shingles, granules in the gutters, dark patches, and daylight in the attic all point one direction. But a single leak is often just flashing. We look first and tell you straight — we would rather do an honest repair than sell you a roof you do not need yet.
What happens to all the old shingles and nails?
They leave with us. We tarp the beds and landscaping, sweep the yard and drive with a magnet, and haul every bit of it off the same day.
Do you work with insurance on storm claims?
Yes. We document the damage, meet the adjuster on site when it helps, and give you a written scope you can hand to your carrier.
