Metal Roofing

Put It On Once.
Forget About It.

Metal costs more up front and then quits costing you anything for a very long time. It sheds Georgia rain, it does not care about hail the way asphalt does, and a standing-seam roof has no exposed fasteners to back out over the years. We install metal on houses, shops, barns, and commercial buildings across Middle Georgia.

What we handle

Standing Seam

quoted on site

Concealed-fastener panels with seams locked over the top. Nothing to back out, nothing to leak at the screw line. The premium residential metal roof.

Exposed Fastener Panel

quoted on site

The classic screw-down panel for shops, barns, and outbuildings. Tough, fast to install, and a fraction of the cost of standing seam.

Metal Over Existing Roof

quoted on site

On the right structure, metal can go over a single existing layer with proper furring. We tell you honestly whether yours is a candidate.

Trim, Ridge & Closures

part of every install

Ridge caps, gable and eave trim, and foam closures cut and fit to your roof. The trim work is where a metal roof is won or lost.

Metal Roof Repair

quoted on site

Backed-out fasteners, failed sealant at penetrations, damaged panels. Older metal roofs usually need service, not replacement.

Common questions

Is a metal roof loud in the rain?
Not on a house. Over decking and underlayment with an attic underneath, a metal roof is about as quiet as shingles. The drumming people remember is a bare panel over open purlins in an old barn.
How much more does metal cost than shingles?
Usually a good bit more up front, and it depends heavily on the panel and the complexity of the roof. What you are buying is time — a metal roof outlasts two or three shingle roofs. We price both at the estimate so you can compare real numbers on your own house.
Will metal make my house hotter?
The opposite. Metal reflects a lot of the sun that asphalt absorbs, and most panels come in finishes rated for solar reflectance. Ventilation still matters more than material.
